At Print2Gifts, customer satisfaction is a top priority for us. However, due to the nature of customized products, the following policy applies:

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and sent for production.
  • Cancellation requests before production starts may be considered at our discretion.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for customized or personalized products.
  • Refunds or replacements will be considered only if:
    • The product received is damaged
    • The product received is incorrect due to our error

Conditions for Refund/Replacement

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Unboxing video and clear images are mandatory for claim verification.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
