At Print2Gifts, customer satisfaction is a top priority for us. However, due to the nature of customized products, the following policy applies:
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and sent for production.
- Cancellation requests before production starts may be considered at our discretion.
Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued for customized or personalized products.
- Refunds or replacements will be considered only if:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is incorrect due to our error
Conditions for Refund/Replacement
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Unboxing video and clear images are mandatory for claim verification.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
